As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Can someone explain unlocking cell phones?
I'm looking at possibly unlocking a windows 7 phone for use on Verizon. Right now we don't have a data plan on our plan, but could add that, but I was wondering if it's possible and how I figure all this out.

It's possible they use it with wifi for calling (VOIP) and data, but it is impossible to use for cellular voice and data. I guess that works for them if they're constantly connected to wifi.
