I would say Target becuse then they can use it on anything (things needed & not needed).
This. And they sell everything else you could ever imagine! There is a lot of variety.
Yes, I like the variety offered at Target and Amazon. Target even has groceries & toiletries if that's what they need. But, I started to think that maybe it's a downer to get necessities like groceries or textbooks for a Christmas gift, so something more fun like iTunes might be better. Then again, with the variety available at Target and Amazon, they can choose to get something practical or something fun, depending on how they want to use the money. Or ... at Target, you could even buy an iTunes gift card.
I listed Best Buy because that's what Andy said he would want. Personally, there isn't a lot at Best Buy that I would want to buy, at least not anything for $25. All the stuff I would want there is way more expensive!

Thats a great idea. Also something to think about is not everyone has a itunes account. Plus I am the kind of person who likes to "hold" the music (aka CDs, yes I know I am "old school").

I saw some at Walgreens I think. They actually have tons of different gift cards to all sorts of places there. You could probably get them at a bank too maybe?
