anyone have any DIY green Christmas gift ideas?
Thanks so much! Trying to save some money this season, but also give cute, home made, green gifts at the same time!
Re: anyone have any DIY green Christmas gift ideas?
I just did a post about that recently - here is the link.
Hope it's helpful!
Not "green" specifically, but I consider any gift that is homemade to be somewhat inherently more green than something shipped from China.

I make peppermint bark! I made it last year for the first time. a lot of family returned their containers empty, and now I am making it again and reusing the containers. I got really cheap containers at Walmart (definitely not "green", oh well). It really doesn't cost a lot either. 99 cents for candy canes. $2 per bag of chips depending on the kind you use. I have experimented with all different kinds. I just use a pyrex bowl over a simmering pot of water as a double boiler. works great!
