Ultrasound pic and laugh at me moment
It's official ... It's a Girl!! So far they said everything looks normal and good with her, my blood test for neural tube defects, chromosome abnormalities and Downs came back negative <breathing sigh of relief>.
Embarassing story ... I was really uncomfortable w/back pain laying on the table, I started to feel all warm and like I was going to have a panic attack or something. I didn't want to say anything thinking it would pass but it was getting worse. Finally I 'fessed up that I felt like I was going to pass out so HH and the tech had me sit up. I got all hot and sweaty (I almost asked if I could strip naked). So there I sit on the table with my belly hanging out, blue gel smeared all over it, my shirt pulled up around my neck, I'm dryheaving into a huge trashcan that they're holding up for me ... AND I TOOTED! Thankfully it was silent and no one heard so I pretended like nothing happened and just made an "ugh" face at HH. LOL. Then I felt better and we continued on. I blame the gas on momentary stress - heaven help me when it comes to giving birth. I better not poo on the table!!

This is one of the reasons HH standing up top by my head and not peeking at the birth. Thankfully, he is 100% okay with this. Everyone says I won't care when the moment comes -- we shall see. TMI but my mom tore from hole to hole with me

Pregnant lady gas is fun, huh? Ugh! I fully accept I may poop on the table / fart, etc during labor and delivery. I have warned DH and he, too, will be up by my head. Whatever - he's the one who helped make this baby so he can take 50% of the blame for whatever unflattering / gross things happen in April. ;-)
I'm belly laughing at the 'toot' stories, and because that word is so silly in general. And by the way, I feel like I have Santa's belly when I laugh now because it jiggles up and down.
CT - I agree, part of me doesn't care and the other part is secretly horrified. If anything embarrassing happens (haha, I said "if"), I'll just look at HH and say, "I'm dead sexy" in my fat bastard/Austin Powers voice.

This happened to my SIL, she was supposed to have a c-section but at the last minute the doctor decided to do a natural birth. I would have killed him if I were her.
So glad baby fish is healthy! And I love baby feet to!
