WW gals: 6 TJs cookies=4pp and a fast 6 or 7pp breakfast

I am not a big cookie person usually so I'm not sure how other cookies compare, but I was pretty stoked to find out that you can have 6 of Trader Joe's Triple Ginger Snap cookies for 4 plus points.... though I usually tucker out after about 2 or 3 cookies. :)

Also, FYI, Jimmy Dean makes a line of breakfast sandwiches called D-Lights. They are aimed to be a somewhat healthier version and the taste is incredibly close to the full-fat variety. They microwave in about 3 minutes and the turkey sausage, egg white, and whole grain bagel is 7 pp and the canadian bacon, egg white, honey wheat muffin one is 6 pp. Of course, it's still not the healthiest thing you could reach for, but it's not bad point-wise and it fulfills the "hot morning meal" craving.

  • I really like the d-lights turkey sausage bowl.  Not sure what the nutrition numbers equate to in ww pp.  I usually add a tablespoon of salsa to amp it up a bit.  Obvs. all the sodium isn't good for you, but when you're in the midst of a craving, or in a hurry, it hits the spot!
