Seriously, this could not have come slower. I'm so glad it's Friday.
This weekend the only concrete plans on the table are sleeping in tomorrow. Other than that, I figure we'll just be working on the house. Derek's little brother and his gf might be coming down, but I don't know yet!
I had a rather dumb moment yesterday. I was taking dinner out of the oven (Santa Fe meatloaf, really tasty!) using my blue silicone oven mitts, well, one mit and one little finger grabber, and I totally touched the back of my hand to the inside of the oven. Do you guys remember back when I burned my arm on the oven rack? Yeah, like that, but on the back of my hand. It hurts. 
What does everyone have on the go this weekend?

Holy slow week! I'm feeling a bit better today, and we're heading to the airport in about 30 minutes on our way to Vienna for the weekend. Christmas markets, sweets and mulled wine, here we come!

TGIF! Agreed it took forever for it to get here, but so glad it is finally here.
Yikes, I hate it when I burn myself on the stove. I burnt my leg on the woodstove 2 weeks ago, and you can still see the red line from it.
I have to go Christmas shopping this weekend. I Have not even started yet.
However I have to find a sitter for the boys for a few hours, or I will have to take them with me. Which I don't mind, but it will take twice as long.
Saturday evening my BFF and his partner are coming over. We will be ordering out, and hopefully having a fire outside. (however it depends on how cold it is, it's freezing here today).
Sunday will be the usual, housework, laundry, and hopefully staying in my pj's most of the day.
I'm so jealous of your travelling life, sushi!
I want to get a ton of marking done tomorrow, while Phil is at class, so I can go into the Christmas break with nothing on my plate except for rest and relaxation. I need to finish off Christmas shopping for my parents and Phil too.

I am going to the gym for the first time since starting IVF today. I'm nervous because I know I'm going to be completely out of shape, but whatever I have to start somewhere. It seems like a good positive place to focus my energy at this point.
This weekend we are going out for Indian food to celebrate my moms birthday. Also I may got sledding with some friends for the first time this year.
TGIF! It did take forever to get here.
Tonight, H and I are going to the gym and then I'm mixing cookie dough to chill overnight. We're invited to a cookie party tomorrow, so I want to get a jump on it. Sunday we plan on putting up our tree. H is all geeked because I got him a Cthulhu ornament--he's rediscovered his love of HP Lovecraft, so I thought I'd get him this to be cute. He claims to have definitely married the right woman.
Right now I'm enjoying a pumpkin spice latte because I needed the sugar today. I'm so glad they hold it over into the holiday season now.
TGIF, it has been a terrible work week for me and I am so ready for the weekend.
This weekend I will be Christmas shopping, decorating and baking!
I am so excited to take some cookies to the neighbors and invite them to our Holiday Party!
Oh hello Friday. I've missed you!
This weekend will just be rest and relaxation. Thankfully I got a jump start on Christmas shopping, so I think just some wrapping this weekend will finish it up. DH can buy for the rest of his family. I don't have the energy to deal with them any more.
I'm having a college football related temper tantrum this morning (Thanks to MO for hearing me vent this morning!)
I am trying to get over it, because I am fixing to head out to go Christmas shopping all morning... and then I'm taking myself to see Harry Potter this afternoon. Should be a good day!

I started making Buck Eye Balls last night, but only got 4 dozen done, which is great, yet I still have a huge bowl of peanut butter batter, so I'm going to try to finish those tonight.
Tomorrow is the Xmas Sweater/PJ Party, I'll definitely take some pics. Tomorrow is also Penny's 2nd birthday and feel awful that we are boarding them (since the party is out of state, ie overnight)... But since we board them at a yuppie pet hotel, Santa is coming and taking complimentary pictures with the dogs... which means, looks like I will be sending an Xmas card this year afterall
I hope to just sleep a lot on Sunday....

I am so tired, I could fall asleep right here and my head hurts. I hope my one caffeinated drink of the day and the Tylenol help, but I am not holding my breath. Tylenol generally does nothing for me. On the plus side, my sore throat is much better today.
This week has taken forever! I think that is because I am anxious for it to be next Wednesday so we can see if the butterbean is growing like it should. I will confess that I am terrified that the u/s will show something wrong.
So, to take my mind off of things, we are having an open house Sunday. This weekend will be a frenzy of cleaning and shopping and cooking and it should be great fun. I really want to get the box of presents packed up and sent home - I want to make sure I leave plenty of time for it to get there.

I'm so happy it's Friday. Even though it looks like I'm working all weekend. I have to have 2 "amazing" renderings done for jobs. I don't often get to do them so it takes me a bit longer. I have 2 more Christmas gifts to buy so I'm excited to have that almost done.One is really not even mine, DH pulled his Mom's name in secret Santa and I got roped in to help find something. The other is my Grandma and she is so hard to buy for.
I was starting to think Friday was never going to come.
Only plans we have this weekend are grocery shoppig and watching our niece in the local Nutcracker. She's so excited to be a mouse, it's cute.
So glad it's finally Friday! We don't have plans for tonight except to pick up dinner and catch up on the dvr. I'm in the mood for Chinese food but that will probably change by the end of the day.
Tomorrow we're going to continue our Christmas shopping. It's too much to hope that we'll finish but if we can at least get another third of our shopping done I'll be happy.
Sunday is our friends' daughter's birthday in the afternoon. I'm looking forward to eating a little pizza and cupcakes and hanging out with our friends.
It's not such a good Friday for me. I woke up with no voice at all. I tried to talk, but I guess the strep throat that's been going around finally found its way to me.
This weekend hopefully I'll get the rest of my Christmas shopping done and then a whole lotta resting and nothing else.
I agree, this Friday took forever to arrive.
I'm working late tonight, and early tomorrow. After work tomorrow we will finish our Christmas shopping and wrapping, I hope. We don't have anything else really planned for the weekend. I do plan on sleeping alot, though.

Friday means nothing to me. It's my last regular day of classes, but neither DH or I went, so I got to sleep in
I work tonight, tomorrow, and all day Sunday, with 3 finals on Monday, so I'm called Tuesday my Friday this week. I'm slowly preparing with coffee and occasional naps so I can get as much done as I can with the work schedule I have.
On the bright side, school is over in 6 days, and we leave for Vegas in 9
Well, it is Saturday now...last night I had to chaperone our holiday semi-formal at school, which was actually really fun. Then I went out and met up with DH and a couple of friends at the Chinese buffet bar (yes, we are in a weird little town, go ahead and judge...I do). A former coworker of DH is in a band and they were playing. It was fun, but I am still getting over being sick, so I am dragging today.
Today we are meeting up with the same friends for brunch after we drop the dogs off for their haircuts! Then we are going to get our tree. Then we may be having friends over for dinner, which will mean I need to get to the grocery store...I may try to fit in a short run at some point too.
Tomorrow will just be laundry, grocery shopping (if I don't have to go today), and being lazy.
