i've had 5 cookies so far today
we haven't had sexy time in probably 2 weeks... i need to remedy that this weekend... even though i have absolutely no desire to. my poor DH.
i'm jealous that my coworkers have on jeans and i don't bc i have to work tonight.
i wish i was going to be baking cookies w/ my mom, sis and sil tomorrow instead of cleaning and unpacking at the new house.
ETA: i send DH a text every.time i hear our wedding song on the radio.
My gas is offensive. Whether it is burps or the other end.
I wish said gas would leave, at least for a little today, so I CAN GO TO THE DAMN GYM without an upset stomach.

I've been pretending to work since 10:45 this morning when I finished my real work.
My mom called to tell me I should go to the AAA office to get a trip-tik, maps and state books for our trip to FL. I told her that I have maps, and we know where we're going but she kept insisting. I finally told her I would go so she'd drop it. We don't have a AAA office in our town

The Sand in My Snow Boots
I ate pretty much nothing healthy yesterday (it was Disneyland, and I was expecting it), and all I want to eat today is a warm, fresh baguette with brie. I'm contemplating getting that at the store tonight so we can have it for dinner.
And, because of being sick/whatnot, I haven't worked out in a week. I must deal with that tomorrow. Right. Probably not going to happen, or at least not a real work out, but I'm going to pretend like I might.
That sounds amazing.
I've been eating WAY too much Christmas baking... Ex. I finished making my 8x8 pan of Cherry Nanaimo Bars earlier this week and they're ALMOST finished.
Every month about the last 5 or so days before I am about to start AF I get WAY TOO MUCH hope up... and I don't even chart.
I so sick of only haveing $150 to live off for two weeks after we pay the bills. While we are paying debt down and I'm thankful that we have a roof over our heads, our health and two healthy dogs ( and 2 working cars ) -- but seriously, mama needs new underwear !
I feel ya. Our load is lightening up at the beginning of 2011, but it's rough. I cannot WAIT until we quit paying for two households. It sucks.
TMI of sorts: Joe gets home two weeks from yesterday. The only thing I can think of is jumping his bones when he gets back. Going from "Oh, I won't see you until Febuary" to "Oh, surprise, I get to come home for Christmas" has completely changed my mindset. It's horrible.
This week has been ridiculous with JJ - Terrible Twos are upon us. He's thrown a temper tantrum every single night...and I just let him cry it out until he's done. I don't scold him or console him [I feel like a bad parent if I scold him, and he won't let me console him because he's too busy wailing]...I just let him stomp around. I'm getting parenting books this weekend to see if I can remedy that in any way, because it's exhausting to deal with it.
I haven't done much work the past two weeks. I feel bad, but there's NOTHING for me to do. Next week will be even worse since it's finals and kiddos won't really be around. Sigh.
I feel ya Bonnie! It is hard not to feel hopeful.
My FFC- We are supposed to go to H's godmother's tomorrow for a Christmas get together. They live 1.5 hours away. I am really hoping the weather gets bad so we don't have to go. I love his family, but we are seeing them next weekend and I just really want to bake!

I really hope SIL is not at IL's tonight. H's brother won't be there, bc he is working, so I doubt she'll come, but I am still bitter about her telling her mother about our pg...when she promised her sister was it. And nope. I've not said anything to her yet. Part of me doesn't fVcking want to waste my energy.
Oh, and deep down, I want H to go to his parents alone. I want to go to bed and sleep.
Oh, and I just ate an insane amount of baked cheetos...as I wear my bella band to hold my jeans up bc they button, but ar uncomfortable and I have a muffin top, which I've never had before in my life. I am having a very hard time with this.
And Meg and Bonnie: I am hopeful for the both of you. I want you 2 to become pg as bad as I want my bff from home to. She and her H have been trying since Nov 09. There is NOTHING I would rather hear her say.

It's Saturday, but can I join in the fun?
DH and I have not had sexy time since March...and we will not until I stop by the pharmacy and pick up my BC Rx and some lube. (Sorry if TMI, but I have heard some postpartum sex horror stories!)
My sister asked me what to get May for her baptism, and I told her not to worry about it (we are not having her baptized so she can get gifts, KWIM?)...she said she probably wouldn't get her something then, because money was a little tight until she gets her Christmas bonus and I wanted to punch her in the face (but it was over computer). She makes 2-3x as much as I do, plus her Christmas bonus is a few thousand dollars. AND her H brings in at least as much as I do, but I would imagine it's more. Do not complain to me about money.
Lube is a definite necessity!
My confession: I finally got around to grooming my eyebrows this week. The last time I really did them was the week we got married. I've been doing a little minor plucking and trimming here and there, but I hadn't really done them completely. I like my face a lot better when my eyebrows aren't overgrown.
