Back from Interview

It went well....but....the interviewer did say she thinks I might be over qualified and feared I would get bored.  Damn job titles!  The job she described is perfect sounding, although I know in an interview it's supposed to sound that way.

It's all about job titles.  Development isn't like say...teaching...if someone has been a 5th grade teacher for six years no matter where they've worked you probably have a good idea as to what their responsibilites were...lesson plan...discipline...etc.  But with development it's so so so varible based on agency....annual appeals...capital campaigns...events....direct marketing...media relations...Some agencies do it all some do just one. Just because I've done all if it once or twice doesn't mean I won't be happy just doing one of the above.  Idk.

I'm happy the interview went well and I'll just continue searching until the right fit comes my way.
