Where to buy Cellophane
This is probably a dumb question, but I need to buy some cellophane to cover holiday cookie plates that I want to take to our neighbors and I can't find any! Well, I guess I only tried Walmart so far, but I was surprised that they didn't have it. I am looking for the kind that is like a bag and you put the plate into it and then tie it at the top with a bow, or I guess sheets of it would work too...anyone know where I can find it? TIA
