Restaurant Review: Travail
So, we checked out Travail in Robbinsdale last night.
We really enjoyed it! We went a little later in the evening (around 8:00 PM after the Surly Brewery Tour was complete) and still had to wait about 30 minutes. There were only 2 other groups waiting ahead of us. I'd say there are about 10-12 tables total so this was to be expected. Besides there was shuffleboard and beanbag toss to play while waiting.
The food was amazing. Everything we ate was fantastic. We ordered blue cheese tots and a beet salad for an appetizer. My husband had duck our friend had quail, and his wife and I had agnolotti pasta. We decided to do the dessert sampler which consisted of 4 desserts. It was very very good.
Our meal cost 36 dollars between the two of us. Very affordable. So my review is:
