the condo I rent was foreclosed on.
yup. got a knock at the door this am from the lawyer who told me that it was foreclosed on within the past couple of weeks. My landlord didn't even have the decency to warn me.
But....I got my rent back for December and do not have to pay for Jan. The lawyer told me the bank will pay me to leave but I don't have to worry about anything until after the holidays are over.
If I refuse to leave then they will begin eviction procedures.
