I finally got my sodastream!
I think it was strength?? who recommended this several times. I've been jonesing for one forever, then last year, my mom and I got to try one at the home and garden show. I finally bought one when they started carrying them at Bed Bath and Beyond and I could use a 20% off coupon.
I LOVE IT. Love love love it.

it is hands down my favorite appliance. we use it literally every single day. i love that we're never really "out" of soda if we have guests. we can make whatever they like without having to store a bunch of different cans or bottles of things.
we do primarily use ours for water (we order syrups similar to what you can get on amazon) but it's definitely the reason i drink the amount of water that i do.
SO glad to hear you like it! did you get multiple bottles? if not, i'd recommend that. we have 4 bottles and i sometimes think even that's not enough! : )
We're getting one for Christmas from my MIL. DH is beyond excited. :-)
I'm glad to read they are at BB&B...we get a coupon from them almost daily.
which syrups do you use? I don't like the sodastream water flavoring ones and am looking for something new. We've had ours about a year, and I love it!
this one is my favorite but they have many flavors and they last a long long time. i go through a bottle about every 6 - 8 weeks and i make a 1 liter bottle of water (at least) every day. you only need about a tablespoon or 2 of syrup per liter bottle.
