So apparently today is Green Monday. I'd never heard of this until I saw it on the Today Show. I guess it's a big internet shopping day. They also said a lot of people will be doing free shipping on the 17th since the 18th is the standard cut off for standard shipping. I have a few things that I need to get online so I guess I will be surfing the web today. I'm so exhausted I don't want to do anything but I have a lot I need to do for work and school. Boo! How was everyone's weekend?
Mandy, we didn't get any snow! They were calling for it Saturday night through today and then they called it all off.

HOW did you not get any snow? We have around 10 new inches. I can't get out of my driveway!
Green Monday? I really need to do some Christmas shopping. Perhaps today is a good day to do it.

Thankfully we didn't get as much snow as they were prediciting. It is now bitterly cold outside, thank ful for having a ride to work and not having to work outside.
Wrapped up most of the Christmas shopping this weekend, just have my MIL to buy for but we do know what we are buying so that is a plus.
Also took the Christmas card pictures this weekend, that was not fun! The only way I was able to get David to smile was by going ewwww Daddy farted or ewwwww did you fart. Yeah, I totally have a boy who finds bodily functions hilarious!

Today is my first day of 'winter break' and I have a whole month off before I have to go to school again so I'm totally looking forward to some family time coming up.
Mel - how is your pregnancy going? When will you find out what you have/will you find out?
Michelle, thanks for asking, things are going well. I can feel the baby kicking now, nothing extreme, just little taps here and there.
This office makes you wait until 24 weeks if you want to find out, so I'm thinking early February. My SIL who is a month ahead of me or so is finding out January 3rd, so I just assume a month later. My next appointment is the 8th, so I'm sure we'll schedule it then
)
I don't know how we lucked out with nothing. I'm glad though because I was afraid it was going to be mainly ice. But it's terribly windy now and freezing!
