We buy a big gift together every year.  This year it's furniture for our basement.  I can't wait to get it!

I was boring this year and bought off of his wish list- he's practical so it's a couple of belts, some card for his computer, and I'm making him a "gift certificate" for $ toward a dress watch (I want him to pick it himself). I'm still on the hunt for a sweater for him but no luck so far.

I did b pics for him, so that is his big gift.  I got him some awesome stocking stuffers to go along with that.

I bought him some matching Samsonite pieces, some luggage tags, a trunk organizer, socks, boxers, a couple shirts, and I am giving him a few pictures for his desk at work.

We usually only do a stocking for each other, as we have everything that we need/want.  We may decide this year to buy a really nice camera, depending on finances closer to the holiday.

I had a hard time deciding what to do this year as she won't be able to take much with when she deploys.  However I finally decided to splurge on a really nice camera.  She's wanted it forever and I know it's one thing she can use while in the desert.

We are doing a joint gift as well- a nee dishwasher and adding insulation to our family room. Not glam by any means, but I am happy!

DH and I don't do gifts but occasionally we will buy something we want/need together.  This year we bought a dishwasher on Black Friday.  Boring, but I having a quiet dishwasher!

We bought ourselves a dyson vaccuum from a Black Friday deal (yay!). He'll also be getting some practical things (sweaters, gloves, boxers) and a few fun things like a model rocket (don't ask) and a few bottles of fancy craft beers. The biggest thing I just decided that I'm going to get him from myself and my parents combined is a fancy touch screen universal remote.

We pretty much get what we want/need throughout the year. We did get new North Face jackets for each other and some stocking stuffers though to open on Christmas day.
