Customer Service Rave

We had a $20 off coupon for Rainbow that expired on Saturday. Because we love to procrastinate, we were going to use it on Saturday but obviously couldn't because of the storm. When we went shopping last night, I asked if they would still honor it and they did.

I know I always complain about poor service, so I wanted to make sure I let people know about good stuff, too!

  • Rainbow gave us a complete refund for some beef that went bad really quickly after we bought it and within the "sell by" date.  DH didn't even bring it in - he just wanted to tell them about it and they gave him money back anyway.  No receipt, no physical product as proof - nothing!  We've since had good beef from there - I'm not sure what the deal was with that one package.  We really like the Rainbow at West End in St. Louis Park.

    I love great customer service.  There is a guy at the Golden Valley Saturn that is awesome.  His name is Jard and he is always so nice and so helpful.  I don't feel like a dumb helpless girl when I go in there with car issues.  I remember him and his name because he is so awesome.  He is the kind of person that makes me want to write a letter to the manager to rave about him.  There should be more people like that in this world...

  • HAH! So glad you had a great experience. This post completely reminds me of the Ally Bank commercials. I'm sorry what? I don't understand what you're saying if you aren't complaining about customer service?

    I'm surprised a good review has come from that dealership.  I have had horrible experience there in the last year, but I think I'm figuring things out so I won't have to go back again!  Glad to know they have helped you out though, car stuff sucks.
