Without a doubt I'd recommend Plaza Jewelers on Augusta Road in Greenville. The owner is great! He really has gone above and beyond what my husband and I would expect from a jeweler.
My husband ordered the wedding ring he wanted. However it was discontinued and the company sent what they felt was the closest ring they had. It was ugly. Well the owner of Plaza jewelers, ordered a second ring for my husband. It was twice as expensive, but was going to let him have it for the price of the original ring. Well it came in, and it looked nothing like the picture. Finally, my husband went back to look at rings. He couldn't decide between two rings. The owner let him take the two rings home to decide which one he wanted!
Also as far as repairs go, they do everything there. I had to have some prongs retipped and I had my ring back the next day.
Cochran Jewlers downtown Greenville. DH & I purchased my wedding band there and their customer service is fantastic!!! The owner/manager poured over cases and catalogs with us to help me match my ring to the one we'd already purchased for DH. We're talking hours of searching, and not once did either of them seem frustrated or irritated. They are very detailed and I haven't found anyone better since then!!!
