Have you seen me? Santa Key
My friend who has a new little one does not have a chiminea. I wanted to find a Santa Key to give them so that when the question comes along, he has an explanation to give to his kid as to how Santa gets in.
Problem is.. can't seem to find one. I used to work at Things Remembered seasonally and they were pretty reasonable there, but I haven't seen one this year. Hit a few other shops and haven't seen any...
Has anyone seen a Santa Key around that's not too exensive? I'd rather pick one up instead of doing the whole internet order thing.
Thanks!

This was my suggestion, I remember seeing them last year but I haven't really looked this year yet
Where in Mesa is the book store? If they don't mind scary ole me... I think I can handle them!
I went into one Hallmark in Chandler Mall, but didn't see them. I haven't really explored too many more though.
Lemme know if you see them!

I've always loved this idea, and can't wait to get a Santa Key for our LO.
I'll keep my eyes open, although I have not seen any this year so far.
The one I went to is on Mesa Drive between Broadway and Main street. It doesn't look like they have any locations in Scottsdale.

it's pretty much a generic old fashioned looking key. some have santa heads and such on the handle. but the main thing is it comes with an explanation as to what it is. it's for families that don't have chimneas. when the child asks how santa gets in the house if santa is supposed to come down the chimnea the key solves the problem. it's supposed to be hung on the door knob outside, so when santa comes he can use his magic to shape the key in the right size to get in the door to leave presents.
