No more cookies and not because we were able to eat them all. We ate a few nibbles yesterday (with champagne, of course). Today, while DH was in the bathroom, Scotti managed to eat the entire tray. Took him to Dove Lewis (just in case artificial sweeteners were used, etc) & he checked out fine but I'm so bummed I didn't get to try all of them.
Anyway, maybe some of you can post the recipes here and I can slowly work through making a lot of different kinds of cookies.
(I know, we're bad parents).

Re: No more cookies :(
Oh no! I'm so sorry! I'm glad he's ok. I didn't use any artificial sweeteners. Ours were really easy to make. Here is a link to the recipe:

Hey MrsJRD23,
Question about these - Did you use a mini cupcake pan to make them? A couple of the commenters said they used a cookie sheet and it worked out OK.. Any tips/tricks? They look great, but I don't have a mini cupcake pan and can't get one anytime soon
I did use a mini cupcake pan. maybe try wrapping the balls in foil so they can't spread out as much?? I think with a cookie sheet the dough will spread out so much that putting the peanut butter cup in will be difficult though it might work it will just stick up higher.
I also inserted the PB cups then immediately stuck the pan in the fridge to hurry up the cooling so the PB cup didn't melt as fast. might work for the cookie sheet option
how's NY treating you??
Thanks! I'll have to see if I can try them in maybe a regular cupcake pan? haha.. or see if I can find a cheap one around here somewhere
NY is fine.. I'm bored and miss my friends.. Hopefully it'll get better once I find a job Thanks for asking!
The closest Cost Plus to me is 200+ miles away in Maryland I'll have to find one at Target!
