A letter to the Hillbilly 2 houses down.

I really hope for you sake you move your 1979 POS Ford truck before the garbage comes today.

I mean seriously, why would you park in front of my garbage can like that?

B says that if our garage doesnt get picked up b/c you don't have any common sense, our trash is getting dumped in your front yard.

I know other neighbors have asked you not to park in front of their house on trash day, and quite honestly, the same goes for us. And the fact that I don't want to look out my window and see the hideous thing in front of my house. You have a driveway, that NO ONE uses. Maybe tonight you can check it out.

 Thanks!

  • ya know i've considered hanging a sign on the white POS that's sat out in front of our house way tomuch with a sign that says 'garbage'...i know obviously it wouldn't get picked up...but there would be some satisfaction in just hanging the sign.

  • Your neighbors must be related to our neighbors who parked a beat up SUV in front of our house for 3 months (no exaggeration in time here) without moving it once.  Especially irritating since they have a 2 car garage with one car in it that said car was stored in until the 3 months in front of our house.  Now it is still parked in front of our house, but gets moved on occasion.  Seriously people be kind to your neighbors.

  • We have neighbors across the street that keep parking their POS car closer and closer to where we would almost hit it backing out.  DH said that a few years back he actually parked it and managed to park it right over the gas line to his house - busting it.  Up until now - he's stayed away from parking in that area - now - here he is parking there again.  You have a driveway, a$$hat - please use it!

I think what infuriates me the most - is he keeps parking his car on the very edge of his property and halfway on the property of the older couple living directly across from us.  This older couple are the nicest people ever.  They watch our dog for us, and do all sorts of things for other people in the neighborhood.  The husband is 80 yrs old and not only takes impeccable care of his property, but on trash day - he takes everybody's trash cans back up to their houses.  He'll also clear the snow with his snowblower on the sidewalks on both sides of the street.  He's in his 80's and does this! I mean, what does it take for this neighbor to have a little consideration and NOT park in this old guys yard!?!
