~Not yet. A gift card for my neighbor, one for my brother, and stocking stuffers for my crew...then I'll be all set.

~Ugg...22. (And couples we just count as 1.)
3. What gift are you most excited to give and to whom?
~The "big" gifts for my kids: Devin = drum set; Paige = Netbook; Christian = DSi XL
4. What is number 1 on your wishlist?
~I don't care really. A sweater. ?
5. If money was not a factor and you could give your DH anything you wanted this year, what would it be?
~Another trip, just him & I, probably to Bora Bora. AAAhhhhhhhh....
6. What was the strangest or most embarrassing gift you've ever received?
~My white-elephant gift from our work party last year. A cute little dog figurine, but the dog has his leg lifted like he's going to the bathroom! Makes me laugh still when I look at it!

2. How many people are you giving gifts to this year? 20-25. I have a big family!
3. What gift are you most excited to give and to whom? I ordered a print of a poster for my husband- he has no idea that this is what I am getting him. I was going to try to get the band to sign it- but I don't think that will be possible (but I'll ask them in the spring when we see them again!)
4. What is number 1 on your wishlist? ipad. i know i am not getting this!
5. If money was not a factor and you could give your DH anything you wanted this year, what would it be? A new TV/sound system/recliners for our "home theater". The previous owners wired a room in the basement for speakers... and they had a HUGE TV... it's just not in the budget for us yet.
6. What was the strangest or most embarrassing gift you've ever received? My brother once talked for MONTHS about my gift. I went out and bought him a really nice gift b/c of how much he talked about this gift. Christmas day he waited until everyone was in the living room... and walked in carrying this giant bust of Elvis (circa 1960). A solid cement, 2-foot tall, bust of Elvis. Then he opened his really nice gift and felt bad! But- Elvis moved with me to Chicago, then to Columbus, and was with me until last spring when someone stole him off my patio. They left my really nice weberQ grill.. but stole Elvis. It was a sad, sad day. After receiving the bust of Elvis- I receive something Elvis related every Christmas (even though I'm not a huge fan, I just like the phenomenon surrounding Elvis culture!)
1. Are you done shopping yet? Pretty much. Just need to get some stocking stuffers and maybe one more small thing for DH. I know he still needs to pick up a few more things.

3. What gift are you most excited to give and to whom? I'm excited to give our parents the photo books we made of the wedding
4. What is number 1 on your wishlist? I really want a new jewelry box and/or a new pandora bracelet.

6. What was the strangest or most embarrassing gift you've ever received? I usually get pretty good gifts. I do remember one year, I was probably around my late teens and my aunt gave my sister and I each a tinkerbell bag. WTF?! And the first year I did Christmas with DH's family, we had just only been dating a few months so I hadn't met anyone besides his parents....his aunt gave me this black leather travel toiletry bag. At least I think that's what it was!
1. Are you done shopping yet? Not yet. Hopefully finishing up this week/weekend. And I haven't even started to wrap yet!
2. How many people are you giving gifts to this year? 15ish.
3. What gift are you most excited to give and to whom? I'm excited to give DH the watch that he has been drooling over for awhile now. He has no idea. I keep reiterating how much he does NOT need a new one.
4. What is number 1 on your wishlist? I'm student teaching this coming semester, so I asked for teacher clothes
5. If money was not a factor and you could give your DH anything you wanted this year, what would it be? He really, really wants to go on a honeymoon. So a trip to somewhere tropical would be nice.
6. What was the strangest or most embarrassing gift you've ever received? My cousin and I randomly give each other this little Epcot figurine. She bought it 10 years ago as a joke (don't even remember what the joke is!), but now we randomly give it back to each other. I know, weird.

actually, im most excited to give my mom's gift to her. i got her two adorable paintings of dachshunds on a beach (they have one and have some great memories of taking her to the beach with my dad this summer). i know she will LOVE them

a garbage disposal...or a fancy blender.
5. If money was not a factor and you could give your DH anything you wanted this year, what would it be?
i'd buy him a huge tool box set thing for the garage - hes wanted one forever, but we just cant afford it.

honestly, i have no idea. i think ive pretty much loved every gift ive ever received.

I got my brother some nice clothes that he needed and he will probably appreciate his gift the most.

Nothin really. I got a Nook Color for my birthday and that was my "big" gift for the year.
5. If money was not a factor and you could give your DH anything you wanted this year, what would it be?
A house or new car!

1. Are you done shopping yet? almost, just need to buy SIL & BIL their xmas gift (I think a gift card to dinner, and we will watch their children)

3. What gift are you most excited to give and to whom? our nieces and nephews because they are little and will be excited. Also our parents we are enlarging a wedding photo for each parent with all their children and putting it in a frame.
4. What is number 1 on your wishlist? I already know what I am getting a kitchenaid mixer so that would be #1, but I would really love a GC to get a massage or pedicure, a new 30day Shred CD (since mine skips), and GC to DD or Starbucks
5. If money was not a factor and you could give your DH anything you wanted this year, what would it be? I would pay to get his race car painted and for all the parts he needs so he could take it to the track this spring!
6. What was the strangest or most embarrassing gift you've ever received? last year my boss as my PT job bought me a reem of paper, since he heard the stories that they cut off our paper supply at the school I was teaching at. It was a strange gift, but very necessary!

2. How many people are you giving gifts to this year? Both sets of parents, my brothers, and we're also participating in the Yankee swaps for my family (my mom's side does one and my dad's side does one)... so two gifts from each of us there... thankfully there's a $25 limit!
We also had a bunch of wedding pictures printed in various sizes. I'm going to go to either Home Goods, TJ Maxx or Marshalls and look for some nice frames for them. We're going to give pictures to our parents (in addition to their other gifts), grandparents, aunts/uncles.
3. What gift are you most excited to give and to whom? Probably the wedding pictures. It will bring back many great memories and I think people will be pleasantly surprised. I'm also excited for my dad's gift from us... we're getting him a tailgating pop-up tent. We're big Jimmy Buffett fans and I think he'll flip out from excitement. We got him a tailgating grill for his bday in October because he always brings those cheap one-use tin-foil grillers... he calls himself ghetto lol. I think he'll be really surprised.

I think DH might be getting me Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue perfume, and I'm excited about that, too
5. If money was not a factor and you could give your DH anything you wanted this year, what would it be? A king-sized bed. We already have the sheets and all the bedding form my bridal shower, and my grandparents gave us a huge chunk of money for a downpayment on a nice mattress... but we're waiting until things go on sale after Christmas.
6. What was the strangest or most embarrassing gift you've ever received? When I was in high school my aunt (who I am very close with) gave me an orange thong... in front of the ENTIRE family on Christmas night. (Orange for the Orioles... we are big O's fans; they live behind they stadiums and her husband is an O's/Raven's beer vendor, has been doing it for 20 years). Luckily my cousins got them too, at the same time, but still!
Ooooh Mel, I might have to agree with you here! I told DH I would love to go back to Hawaii for an entire month before we die if we have enough money... do a full week on each of the bigger islands- The Big Island, Maui, Oahu and Kauai. Or we could just move there. Ahhhh. That is one place in my life I WILL be going back to, and hopefully more than once.

Pretty much. Need to make ornaments for all the grandmas, and create the pic of the present we are giving my parents (dinner out somewhere really nice on us, just them, while we're on vacation next summer in WDW, and we'll baby-sit my brother [10] and sister [13])

5 on his side, 8 on my side, plus 3 for friends (really for thier babies, i guess)

my parent's (gift certificate for dinner in WDW) and John's (kinect and full set of the Harry Potter books!)

a house and a baby.
6. What was the strangest or most embarrassing gift you've ever received?
can't really think of any off the top of my head....the worst was probably when my MOH did a white elephant for my bridal shower at work....some of those were really weird....

5. If money was not a factor and you could give your DH anything you wanted this year, what would it be? I would fix up his turbo and buy him an everyday (non racing) car. Or a honeymoon/vacay
6. What was the strangest or most embarrassing gift you've ever received? Honestly, I can't really think of anything. It bugs me when my older cousin buys me pjs or whatever in sizes that are way too big for me, though. I'm 5'3". One whopping inch taller than she is. I don't get it.

4. What is number 1 on your wishlist? a new camera lens or a vacation (I mean a day where dh takes care of the boy and I can go out and do what I want)

6. What was the strangest or most embarrassing gift you've ever received? My grandma always gets me the strangest gifts from big lots. One year i got these huge set of high waist brief underwear with tea kettles on it. Or she get me those pj's with ruffles and that hard itchy fabric inside. i'm sure there's something i'm missing but that's what came to my mind.1. Are you done shopping yet? - Getting really close. We just have our dads to shop for yet. Why is it that dads always seem to be the hardest?
2. How many people are you giving gifts to this year? - I think around 25. Though, most of the couple we are shopping for are getting joint gifts.
3. What gift are you most excited to give and to whom? - I'm really excited to give DH his PS3. He's been wanting for a long time but I keep telling him no because they are too expensive. I can't wait to see him open it
4. What is number 1 on your wishlist? - I'm not really sure! It feel like the days are gone where there are things I really want for myself.
5. If money was not a factor and you could give your DH anything you wanted this year, what would it be? - I would give him the money to finish our basement. He talks all the time about his dream game/movie room. And if I had money to spare, I would ge thim a pool table as well.
6. What was the strangest or most embarrassing gift you've ever received? - Nothing that I can think of. My family seem to be the type that sticks to gift cards and cash.
