I just found your blog and I'm definitely making the kale, bacon, sun-dried tomato pasta tomorrow, yum! Was it enough for both of you? Did you serve anything else with it? I'm thinking of making more and having extras if we don't devour it all!

It theoretically serves 4. Theoretically. Phil had two helpings, I had one and we had a salad on the side.
I may or may not have polished off the last helping later that evening...

That pasta is SO FREAKING GOOD.
It was enough for 2 big portions for Derek and I. Well, a decent sized portion for me and a really big one for Derek. And I wanted more. Because it was so tasty. Mmmmmm kale.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
