best place to get rockin green

Looks like I need to step up the wash routine.  Her rash is not going away :-( These nice red bumps, blistery mess is just not pretty.

Re: best place to get rockin green

  • I ordered it from Kelly's Closet.  I think they have a deal going on now for a free OS diaper with any $29 purchase too.

  • My go to place for everything is Amazon because we have prime shipping and their prices are usually pretty good.  If you need (ha!) any other CD supplies Jillian's Drawers has free shipping on orders over $50 for December. I'm quite sure that's part of the evil plot to lure us into buying more diapers, not that I'd enable that sort of behavior or anything. Devil

  • Amazon is my go-to for most things too.

Jess- I have a 3/4 full bag of Rockin' Green that you can have. It's Bare Naked Babies and I think it's Classic Rock. (We figured out made Eli's rash worse.) I'll bring it to the gtg!

  • Sarah, did you try doing three or so washes in the Rockin' Green with super hot water and extra rinses before giving up on it?  I have heard that sometimes the Rockin' Green brings the build-up in the diapers to the surface before it gets rid of them, and therefore makes the rash worse until the build-up is gone.

    Just a thought!

Good point. I always do a cold wash, then a hot with extra rinse, but I didn't try it that consistently because we were desperate to try things to get rid of the rash. We have actually figured out that most of his rash seems to be related to teething, so I might be unfairly blaming the detergent. Maybe I'll give it another shot since it does seem like we are getting some buildup. Sorry to revoke my offer Jess!

  • I buy it directly from Rockin' Green because you get points and in two orders I have enough points to get a free shaker of pail scent stuff... going to keep saving them though because I got a shaker in my Black Friday order...

I ordered samples from them to try out - I ordered 5 or 6 of them and they didn't charge me shipping. If you use the code KIWIROCKS it gets you 15% off right now too.

  • I would start with the classic rock unless you know that you have soft or hard water.  That is what was recommended to me and it seems to be working!
