Two NFL videos worth watching if you haven't already

Video the first:

The Jets' strength/conditioning coach was suspended today for the rest of the season without pay, and also fined $25 G's for TRIPPING an opposing player on a punt return.  Wow.  I just caught the video today -- blatant!!

Video the second:

I'm certain you ladies have seen this already, but just in case you haven't, this is the footage from the Metrodome roof collapsing Sunday morning.  When I heard about it on the radio, I seriously thought it was a joke!!  When I saw the video for the first time a few days ago, I don't think my jaw left the ground for a good 20 minutes.  Shocking!

Enjoy, girls.

Re: Two NFL videos worth watching if you haven't already

  • Being from Minneapolis, I can tell you with great honesty, that it is a real trip to see the dome with no dome. Kinda crazy. I was driving downtown the other day and there were SO many people out taking pics of it, or driving by staring at it when they should have been watching the road. And that video - not sure about anywhere else, but here in MN it is completely viral! I've seen it on no less than 20 people's Facebook pages, it's crazy!
  • I am so glad with this.  I saw it during the game and was shocked.  He is a professional, makes a lot of money and I expect him to act like one.  He is a dbag in my opinion.  The player, can't remember who it was, took a hard fall and could have been seriously hurt over this dbag's ignorance.  I hope he loses his job PERMANENTLY because the NFL should not tolerate this type of behavior from a  COACH or PLAYER!!
  • The Jets never had any class, nor do their fans -- just ask anybody who's dared to pass through Gate D during a Jets home game at the old Giants Stadim.

Actually, I've heard Strength/Conditioning coaches kind of make normal salaries.  I'm a little releived he didn't lose his job permanently.  The NFL has certainly given second chances to players who are guilty of much worse things.  Still, I'm not excusing his actions.  Appauling.
