I have a brunch planned for Sunday. I remember a delicious egg-sausage-cheese dish that someone brought to our Nestie brunch at Kristy's last year. And my mother makes a similar one (but I don't want to ask her because she's a guest at my brunch)...
Anyone have anything similar that they like to make?

My sister made a delicious strata for brunch back on Mother's Day. She is looking for the recipe and I'll send it along to you.

haha, well... I am not sure i have one for you. My mom & sister are ridiculously into eggwhite/ crustless quiches (wouldn't recommend that).
How about eggs benedict?
