Beginning to hate the holiday season...
Normally I love Christmas! Lately it seems that everyone is going nuts, customers to family members.
Customers seem to think they are the only ones that need something/mater and dont understand that what they are asking is impossible.
H's mom seems to find it nessecary to try to guilt trip us into spending more time with her for Christmas versus my family. Thankfully H sees through his mother's motives and we totally agree on how to handle his family.
Holidays just seem to bring out the worst in people and that is sad.
Happy thought: Going to Frankemuth tomorrow!

ITA! I used to work in retail and it was always sad to see how crazy people could be around the holidays... we have the same problem you described with family, except it's MY mom who keeps score between our families. It's not enough that we're leaving as soon as SO is done with his last final and driving 7 hours with DS just so we can see them...gah!
Never been to Frankenmuth, but I wanna go so bad! Have fun
