Which one looks best?
I'll probably still make the oreo truffle ones but am thinking about making one of these as well for christmas.

Yum!!! I think the mint oreo ones look good, but not if you're doing regular oreos too....
I think that the Nutter Butter or Nilla Strawberry ones look best. I like the idea of the Ginger Snap ones, but I'm having a hard time imagining how ginger snaps would taste w/ ss chocolate.
I say Nutter Butter.
But if you really wanted to do Gingersnap, you could always use white chocolate.
