Hi ladies!
I'm a Baton Rouge nestie with family in Monroe, NC. I want to get my sister-in-law and her husband a gift certificate for a nice restaurant. They have two little ones, so it isn't something they'd do for themselves. I asked one of their friends for suggestions a few weeks ago but still haven't heard back from her, so I'm hoping you ladies can come through for me! I know they wouldn't have a problem with driving into Charlotte for a nice, fun meal. Nothing too adventurous, just good food and a nice atmosphere. Thanks in advance!

I live about 3 hrs from Charlotte/Monroe, so I don't have any suggestions. Just wanted to let you know that hte board is pretty dead on the weekends, so you may want to re-post on Monday.
The NC Bump is also busier than the Nest lately, so you may want to RP there as well.

My husband and I love PF Changs. It is located in southpark area. Its not to expensive. They treat you very nice in there.
If you were wanting more of a bar and grill Hickory Tavern is another one of our favorites. They have more of american type food if they don't like chinese. They are located all over so you would have to go to there website to find the closest one.
