Fitty

A while back you posted about this artichoke dip

and said you have some good modifications for it.  Would you mind sharing with the class?  Thank you!

Re: Fitty

  • Fitty wanted me to tell you that she is trapped in my basement and cannot respond. Either that OT her computer is getting fixed and she can't post from her phone. She will respond as sson as I unlock her shackles.
  • Ha, thanks for the update!  Please to be releasing her before Christmas Eve so I can make this yumminess.

  • I find it hilarious that my phone autocorrects to OT. I guess I text about work too much.
  • That's awesome...or maybe not.  You work too much.

  • I escaped! Face on you winger! Skyhiney, here are my modifications (I'm on my phone so probably no paragraph breaks, sorry): only use one pkg cream cheese; I replace the mozzarella with equal parts soft asiago and sharp cheddar: I use TWO cans of quartered artichoke hearts in water, drained and rough chopped; I am generous with the garlic and jalape?o. That's all I can remember. Definitely omit one of the cream cheeses. Oh and I sprinkle grated Parmesan on top before baking. Also generous with the fresh lemon juice! I made this for a party again last night. People devour this stuff. I serve it with crostini. Enjoy!!

  • Thanks so much for getting free long enough to respond Fitty!  I'm excited to try it!
