Help with last minute gift idea

I have put off shopping for my 15 year old cousin because he has EVERYTHING and is the hardest person to shop for.  But now it's down to the wire and I still have nothing.   Do you have any suggestions?  Budget is probably $20-$30.

Some info on him:
-Just got his driver's license
-Has everything he ever wants or needs because his parents are loaded and like people to know that.
-He's on the Junior Olympic training team for soccer and soccer is his life.
-He won't eat fast food.
-He's a snot and probably won't like anything I give him.. Which I'm sure comes from being handed everything he ever wanted.  (Can you tell I'm bitter?)
- The only reason I'm getting him something is because we're spending Christmas with them this year.

Any suggestions would be great.  I'm clouded by my obvious negativity.

Can you find out where he likes to shop and do a gc to there?

i think a gift card is a good idea... maybe to a sporting goods store so he can get something soccer related?

maybe a tshirt of his favorite team/player?

What about a Best Buy gift card? No teenage boy is going to turn that down.

I suggest a gift card too. People like that are just to hard to get stuff for and no matter what they wont like it. I Say find out his fav store or maybe to the mall. What about maybe a visa gift card?

Thanks for the suggestions.  I ended up just getting him an itunes gc.  He won't appreciate it but it's done!
