You posted your truffles on FB and I thought they were really cute. How did you get the red chocolate? Did you add food coloring? also, is the drizzle one of those edible pens?

You can buy chocolate disks called candy melts, and they come in all different colors. I went to Michael's, and got white and red candy melts, but the white didn't work out too well. As for the green, I got a tube of cookie icing, which is pretty much like melted chocolate, because you have to heat it up, and it dries. It was pretty easy to do.
I used an edible pen once, and I only did one truffle before giving up.
I think they come out better each time I do them, but I like to hide the ugly ones by eating them before anyone can see them haha
