what are the best recipes for baking soda shampoo and apple cider vinegar conditioner?  I want to start doing this, but don't know the ratio to water.  I have thick curly hair, and want to go green with my hair care.  thanks!

Re: ratios...

  • I have thick wavy to curly hair.  I use 2 Tbsp. baking soda/vinegar to 1 cup water.  My hair is really long so I usually double the vinegar mixture to make sure it covers all my hair.
