I was a baking fool this weekend!

I got done my krumkake, rosettes, flatbread and sandbakkels.  The spritz were a HUGE failure!  I think it's my cookie press, because this recipe has ALWAYS worked.    And for non-Scandinavian I got 2 more pans of Chocolate CAramel Bars, peanut butter chocolate cookies, chocolate chip cookies, caramel apple cookies and 4 batches of peanut brittle. So I am OFFICIALLY DONE!!  Now to pack up for all Christmas parties and have fun!

I made some fantastic snickerdoodle chex mix over the weekend.I'm going to make some more to bring to coworkers as a little gift. It makes a lot and it's SOO addicting. I forgot my camera at home so I'll blog it tomorrow.

Here's the recipe from their website though. When I make it next time I'm just going to use the chex mix. No popcorn. It was a little bit of a weird combo, at least for me.

 I might do a little more baking too, just not sure what.

So many cookies! I've found that spritz cookies can be temperamental.  I had to replace my press this year because I lost a piece, and the $10 Target one is actually way better than the Sunbeam one I had.  Go figure!

I saw yours on FB Katie and they looked AMAZING!  And yeah, I have a pampered Chef one and it just doesn't seem to want to push the batter through.  I have been told (ATF of course) that has been a huge problem for the PC ones.  I guess you basically have to make a VERYYYY sticky almost runny cookie dough.    Didn't have the time or patience to deal with finding another recipe.
