No investment to be at work this week.

Well, I guess I do in that my pay check still comes.  But I'm ahead of schedule so there is nothing pressing me to continue to work.  I ahve enough flex time to take time off, although I get anxious when my balance goes below 100 hours (weird).  And there is hardly anyone in the office this week and next.

I get up every morning at 5 am and go to the gym.  This morning I came home and snuggled with DH (who was laid off again last week - Merry Christmas lol).  Finally he told me to quit procrastinating and pushed me out of bed.  Man I would have loved to hang out with DH.

Anyone like this with the approaching holidays?

Re: No investment to be at work this week.

  • Yes...and it is exaserbated by the fact that my company takes almost every day possible off...so I am totally not invested since I have Thursday, Friday, and Monday off...and then Thursday and Friday of next week off too...I just try to get through the days until Thursday...
