Western Digital Caviar Black hard drives?

Does anyone have one of these? (any size but I am looking at the 1 TB)
have any issues with it? Love it?
I've been reading reviews and they are mixed

Re: Western Digital Caviar Black hard drives?

  • I don't think I have the Caviar one but I have a WD Black HD, for about a year now, and I love it.  No problems at all.

  • here is the thing about hard  drives  most of the "features"  on them the consumer does  not need  or under  stand. ie which the difference between 32 and 16 cache  and how it   affects system  performance and memory  addresses or  what actually   RPM means. They  are only interested  in gigs  that said  seagate and lacie are the best  hard drives.
