Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Runners . . .
Would this be an ok race to walk? I have a flyer that says "join runners, walkers, and wheelchairs" but the site doesn't really say it is a run/walk for the 5k. I am trying to get my mom to do it with me but she wouldnt not be able to run it. She has had to stay at a Ronald Mcdonald House before so I thought it would be a neat race to do.
