I am such a dumbaxssss...
Soo I signed up to do a cookie swap at H's office. For weeks now I thought it was tomorrow. Last night I finished one of the kinds of cookies I planned on making, and tonight I planned on baking the other kind. I was making double the amount I needed so I could bring cookies for coworkers, etc.
H calls me this morning and says "Uh, bad news.....the cookie swap is TODAY." I just didn't pay attention to detail and assumed I knew when it was. So luckily I had 4 dozen cookies baked, but now I don't get to share any of my pretty snowmen sugar cookies with anyone else!

That sucks! I would have felt annoyed with that too
Btw I made Hanukkah cookies last night (I know, late!) for this cookie thing we're doing today. They came out ok, kind of blah looking, but oh well.
