Not putting it in my siggy, but here's my kids' picture with Santa this year. Shannon's in a no-smile phase, but held her brother's hand. And, Kyle? Well, he's just my smiley guy!
It took 45 mins for JJ to take this picture and sit near Santa, never mind on his lap. And we also needed to bribe him with a cookie.

I am not sure how to PIP, but have mine on FB. DS loved Santa, and was all smiles for us. He saw him twice - once at DH's work and also at a holiday party last week where DH had to improvise as Santa. It was quite scary - since he had no beard, and we wrapped a scarf around his neck, but the kids luckily weren't scared by him!!
