1.  What Christmas song is on the top of your list right now? I do love "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas" but I also love "Canon Rock" and pretty much any other Trans-Siberian Orchestra song.  

2.  What present are you most excited to GIVE? We didn't do much for Christmas this year.  I would say the HD camcorder for C, but we got that for each other, so he knows about it.  Everyone else asked for clothes... not too exciting.  lol

3.  Are you wearing anything 'festive' today? Nope, C is home and we are vegging.

4.  What's your favorite type of Christmas cookie? I love way too many... Thumbprints, layer bars, and peanut butter blossoms to name a few.

5.  What smell always reminds you of Christmas? It used to be fresh cut trees, but we have an artificial one.  I can't really think of any in particular.

3.  Are you wearing anything 'festive' today?  Yep!  Green shirt w/ red sweater, and snowflake earrings.

4.  What's your favorite type of Christmas cookie?  Um, all of them?!   There are some reallllly good maple/white chocolate/pecan cookies that a vendor brought in this year that are to die for, though!

And had I known what level of excitement my mother would have had for the purple coach purse I got her, that would have been the one I was most excited to give.  I gave it to her Monday (since my family no longer does anything for Christmas) and she was super excited for it.

1.  What Christmas song is on the top of your list right now? I love Christmas Canon (the choral one that is set to the tune of Canon in D) but it's really hard for me to pick just one.  I tend to like them less the more overplayed they are.

2.  What present are you most excited to GIVE? Matt and I splurged on eachother last year so we scaled it back quite a bit this year.  He has NO idea what he's getting, it's jut a couple of things that I was paying attention when he'd say something about them in passing.  I'm super excited about that.

3.  Are you wearing anything 'festive' today? I am still wearing workout stuff from this morning with a zip-up fleece over it.  So...no.

4.  What's your favorite type of Christmas cookie? Peanut blossoms, buckeyes.  Anything PB/Chocolate

5.  What smell always reminds you of Christmas? Pine, our Christmas morning breakfast (another tradition), scotch tape (lol...)

2.  What present are you most excited to GIVE?

I can't wait to see A's face when she opens up a HUGE "Wheezy" stuff animal from Toy Story!!! (She named him Squeaky) She has the mini version (and there is a huge story behind it & totally earned me 2010 mother of the year award!!). She doesn't go to bed w/out it, it goes everywhere with her. She will flip out when she opens it! I flipped out in the middle of the Disney Store last week when I found it. Seriously, people were staring at me. I don't care what it would have cost, I was buying it!!
