Bridal Shower Locations? *Edit*
I have to plan a bridal shower for June. The wedding is at the Palm Harbor White Chapel and the couple lives in Clearwater. They are having a lot of OOT guest that will be at the shower so I don?t want to have it too far away. And some place that isn?t really expensive would be great! Even if it was a type of rec room would be fine. Anyone have any ideas?
Edit: My mom said I could use her house. It's her best friend's daughter that is getting married so I don't think she will mind. But, my mom's house is in Citrus Park area of Tampa. Do you think that would be too far away?

About how long would the drive take? I would say that it shouldn't be more than about a half-an-hour maybe. However, I do prefer showers at houses because I feel like it is more intimate and comfortable. How many people will be attending (will it be large enough?) And it would save you a lot of money.
I emailed my friend?s mom to see if everyone has made travel arrangements yet. I am still waiting to hear back but I would think the drive would be around 30min or so. I like having showers at houses too bc I would have more control over all the decorations and food. My mom?s house would be big enough I am just worried about the distance. I would hate to have everyone drive an hour just for the shower.
