So...what did you get for Christmas???
Hubby got me the best gift ever!!! He bought 3 private and 4 group dancing lessons for us!! I always say that it would be so much fun to go ballroom dancing or to be on Dancing with the Stars - he TOTALLY surprised me!!!! I'm SO excited!!!
I got money from my parents and some nice Christmas ornaments and decorations and such for the house from my aunts and uncles and cousins. I'm probably going to use some of the cash I got to treat myself to a spa treatment soon!

Dancing lessons - what a great gift!!
I also didn't have a lot that I needed, so it was great to get a few "wants"!
From Parents: a gorgeous bronze handbag, gold necklace and earrings, silver bracelet, Red London Fog trench (super cute!), Body & Perfume set, ornaments and a goody bag of my favorite personal items...I probably forgot something, but as usual, Mom and Pop spoiled me :-)
From H: 4 Purple Flamingos (for the yard), Ravens ornament and wallet, gift cards, a new Joyce Byers "caroler" for my collection (love those!), and a nook color!
He also gave me two presents a little early - two tickets to see U2 when they come to Baltimore in June, and he also treated my girlfriend and I to a Broadway show on our girl's weekend earlier this month...it was a very nice Christmas, and he also loved my gifts to him as well :-))
April 2010 Siggy Challenge: Next Vacation Destination
I made a haul this year for Christmas already, and we still have 1 more to go with friends.
From H, I got the 2nd Diners, Drive-ins and Dives cookbook, the Peanuts holiday DVD collection, 2 Glee Cds and a gift card to go shopping.
From my parents we got a VERY generous check and I got a gift card to go out to eat. My brother had my name in the family exchange and got me a Target gift card.
From BIL (had my name), I got some cute snowman stacking bowls/candy dishes, a dip bowl and spreader set, another Glee cd a crockpot cookbook (which I LOVE) and a cute wall hanging.
From other family gift exchanges, I got a triple buffet server/warmer and a 15 in 1 game set.
From DH: A Kindle, a cute purple cover for it, a Pandora bracelet (the bracelet and 1 bead), slippers, Cook This, Not That cookbook, 3 Kindle books, Singstar (karaoke game) for PS3, Sephora gift card
From my parents: 2 Pandora beads, 2 shirts,pj pants, black boots, crockpot, some Bare Essentuals makeup
From IL's: Jewelry cleaner, jewelry, lots of shower gel & lotion, B&BW gift card, 2 scarves and some other odds and ends
From BIL/SIL: Wine set, wine stoppers
From Bro/his gf: Necklace (we did small gifts for each other...we are all gonna go to NYC together in the spring instead of spending lots of money at Christmas)

April Nesties March siggy challenge: Next Vacation, Anguilla!!
I made a list and got everything on it. I am SO blessed to have such a great family.
Uggs, Kitchenaid stand mixer, wine rack, Kindle, VS purfume and a northface!
DH bought me some ballet flats! Love them and that he knows me so well to know that shoes are the way to my heart!!
Mom picked out some REALLY cute ugg slippers that are SO freakin comfy and warm and perfect since we have hardwood floors in our new house.
My sister got me Glee for Wii SO excited to play that with the girls and a cute sweater.
I got some nice clothes from my aunt, grandmas and MIL.
And the most boring but useful is that my parents are assisting in the purchase of a new fridge to replace the broken one.
From DH's family: I got a tent chair, yoga mat, and GC to Kohls
From my parents: Willow Tree nativity set and washcloths
From my SIL (she had my name): huge roaster pan, a 4 sided cheese/veggie slicer, and a pedometer
My sister also got me some coasters with our wedding pictures.
DH got me 2 scarves from ON. We had already agreed not to buy each other anything since we have so much to pay for next year.
I also got a few other things from friends: necklace, GC to Joanns, ornaments, Christmas platters.

DH got me a cute maternity shirt, pregnancy book, hard drive with 5000 cds, socks and underwear in my stocking, 2 cool t-shirts (Guns N' Roses and David Bowie), something cute for baby's room, etc.
DS got me a new straightner for my hair
My p's got me clothes, my bathroom set I wanted from my registry,
My bro and his FI got me beautiful salad bowl and old navy gift card for maternity clothes
Sister got me clothes
Stepmoms family got me 2 posters for my classroom I wanted and old navy gift card
My little brother made an album of our rehearsal dinner and wedding (SO cute)
Other little brother got us a nice frame
And I haven't opened ILs gifts yet.
It was a great Christmas!!!

Dancing lessons is such a cute idea!!!
DH got me a bunch of crafting stuff which I have been wanting, as well as new boots and bare minerals makeup.
Lots of gift cards and ornaments to start building our collection! It was great!
You will love your mixer. It was my favorite wedding gift! I used it a lot over Christmas. I made 5 pies, peppermint brownies, cranberry orange scones, etc., etc.
DH gave me a 1/2 day at a local spa that I love & a silver necklace with matching earrings.
SD gave me a $25 gift card to Barnes & Noble, a bookmark & a coffee mug. She also wrote me a sweet note.
The in-laws gave me a couple of sweaters, some steak knives & a light that can be clipped to the book that you're reading. I love to light b/c I can read in bed & not keep DH up. Oh and a $25 gift card to Olive Garden from BIL.
My parents gave me some address labels with my new name & address, a new Better Homes & Gardens cook book & a book that I wanted. They also made a donation to a charity in my name.
It was a very nice Christmas. Oh & I got a cool gift from my aunt. It was a double frame with a picture of me on the left side when I was about 7 as flower girl in her wedding ( I was holding her bouquet since I caught it) and me on my wedding day on the right side holding my own bouquet. It was very sweet.
I got a ton of cookbooks, including the Bread Bible, Pioneer Woman Cookbook, 2 Ina Garten books, and the Flour Bakery Cookbook. I also got some kitchen items and DH got me a tripod. And we got money, which is always nice!
