What R U using for AF?
I've been using Instead cups and really like them especially since you can leave them in safely all day. They really come in handy when camping too. Taking them out seems to be the only drawback as it can be messy (sorry tmi). Any other alternatives?

I also use the Diva Cup. There is a learning curve, but it's talked about often on this board, so getting help isn't difficult.
