As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

DSLR Cameras
My family chipped in for a gift card so I can get a DSLR camera... now I've been eyeing the Nikon D3100 but wanted to get some feedback from you ladies. Any recc's? Also, is it possible to get just a DSLR without the video?? i'm more interested in the photo features of the camera, not video.

Mine is a few years old (going on 3) but it's a Nikon D80 and i LOVE it. No video on mine, just an awesome camera that takes great pics.
If you do get one I highly recommend even a basic portrait lens - I have a very unfancy one that takes beautiful pics!
