Sorry about the vent, but......arrrghhh!!!!! 

About half my office is off this week except, of course, my boss and one rather annoying team member.  Boss I can deal with since she comes and goes all day, but the annoying team member...Yesterday she asked me about the SlimFast shake I was drinking, then I had to listen to her talk about her spoiled son that takes advantage of her.  Today started of with about an hour of non-stop coughing/choking/throat clearing from her, then there was the amazement about how far I've gotten on the drawing I'm working on which meant she walked up behind me and looked at my monitor screen, and that was followed by commenting on how I was getting a later then usual start on lunch (Really? She knows my schedule that well?!).  My boss doesn't pay as much attention to what I'm doing as she does.  Can't wait for tomorrow when she won't be here.

Oh!  It's quite frequently asked what exactly she does do in the way of work around here.  The answer is not much.  Seriously!  I have no idea why she is still employed here.  I can't be rude to her since she is basically my mother's age and I was brought up to "respect my elders".

I was brought up hat way too, but learned a long time ago that mere age shouldn't and doesn't deserve respect.
