Spin Off: Where to buy bed sets?
I have a cal-king and I want to buy a complete bed set (comforter, sheets, matching accesories), but am not liking what I find on-line and in the few stores I've hit so far. (Not like I'm going to buy this tomorrow, I have lots of time.)
Where did you buy your bed set from?

Re: Spin Off: Where to buy bed sets?
We got our sheets from Bed Bath and Beyond, and our comforter was a cheapie from Target, but I liked it and we were on a budget and needed to replace our old one. lol
I'm sure I'll venture out and get a nicer one at some point (along with new, nice bedroom furniture - which we need desperately), but I keep finding other stuff to spend money on.
Anyway, that doesn't really help you. lol
Some ideas:
- Bed, Bath and Beyond
- Anna's Linens
- Overstock.com (sometimes they have cool stuff on there)
- Pottery Barn
- Department stores like Macy's, Dillards, etc
- Kohl's
- Crate & Barrel
- J.C. Penney Home Store

i don't have any suggestions really...our bed set sucks. i really want one from bed bath and beyond though and it has good reviews.
i will say this, measure your bed, and look at the measurements of the comforter you're buying. i really HATE the ones that like, perfectly match the size of the mattress. i've returned 2 bedding sets (one from kohls and one from kmart) because the comforter was really small and stupid.
I got our at Bed Bath & Beyond but I found it online. Sometimes stores will have more online then they do in the store itself. Also I have had one from Kohl's and I *think* Overstock.com.
And like Shannon said to make sure you measure, I don't think bedding set and sheet sets have quite caught up with the size of beds now. We have a temperpedic beds that is very tall and finding the right kind of sheets to fit the corners can be tricky sometimes.
I would suggest Ross for some good buys. Sometimes, they have matching everything (sheets, comforter, etc). I have a cali king too and we've found sound great finds there. Also, JCP, Macy's are always good, or even overstock.com
Hope that helps! (If you haven't found a set yet)
