WTF! Had to go all the way to Gettysburg, PA today to return the fugly clothes that SIL gave me for Christmas. I mean it, each year the sh*t gets uglier and uglier. And this time we had to drive over an hour to return them. It would be so much easier if she would just cut this little game of hers out!

WTF?! DH just sent me a text message that his boss wants him to transfer to Baltimore. I CANNOT move again. No freaking way. We have moved once a year for the past few years....it was old once..now its just ridiculous.

January 2008 - NY to Savannah (I graduated and got a job there)

January 2009 - Savannah to Jacksonville (he followed me to Savannah, and his new job there promoted him to FL)

February 2010 - Jacksonville to NY (he got a new job with his old company from when I was in college and we got to come back)

Clearly nothing is set in stone, and this is just a preliminary "hey how would you feel about you and your wife packing up and shipping out", and the odds of it really happening are not good. I don't know why DH even brough it up via freaking text message....ugh....I will keep you all posted on how this unfolds.

Alright...what is it about our fair state that there is the possibility of another Nestie moving here? Seriously, though - I couldn't imagine moving as often as you have in the past few years, and I hope that it works out so that you don't have to do it again..."stay put" vibes headed your way :-)

Ok, wow, I am still in shock over this one.  So I know that BIL is totally full of himsel (we just watched the wedding video while he was here and I was reminded that his speech (BM) was ALL ABOUT HIM), but I did not expect this.  Well we just got his Christmas gift to us in the mail tonight, and it was a calendar made specially for us (our names are printed on the outside, from Vista Print) and it is all pictures of HIM!!!  OMG!!!!  WHAT THE FRACK!!!  really, he thinks that I want a calendar full of picture of him????  And just pics of him, not him and other people, just him.  REALLY???  I know it could be  a lot worse, it is not like he is a jerk, but I have never met anyone that would actually do something like that.  And he got us 2 of the calendars, so we each could have one!  Not a joke either.  Please tell me I am not nuts for thinking this is ridiculous.

That was a serious gift? It's not some joke that he hasn't let you in on yet? 

 That's so weird. I think I would use it as firewood kindling. Just my opinion.

Haha! Thanks Stacy! I swear it is nothing personal against Maryland. I think if we were still in FL or GA I would definitely be on board to move up there, I actually really like Maryland!

Thanks for the stay put vibes!  I think DH got the picture last night when he took one look at me when he brought it up. I am sure we will be staying in NY/North Jersey for a while yet!

Yeah, I am petty sure that it was serious.  DH could not even say anything about it, he just kind of laughed and waled away.   I like the firewood kindling idea  however I think that I will have to save one of them just to be able to prove to people that I am not making the whole thing up.
