Wedding Disaster brides beware! Please read before renting..
I just got married on December 18, 2010 and had an unfortunate experience with the rental company I hired. Tio Fiesta in Miami, FL.
She was very sweet and I liked her and trusted her very much. Unfortunately she showed me and promised me candelabra's that she didn't deliver, the one's she did were lop sided and 80% chipped. The plates I ordered (white ceramic) were not delivered and the silver rimmed one's that showed up were mostly all chipped. The silverware did not match any other one, all were different. The table clothes were too long. The chivarri chairs were broken and wobbling. Their were cups missing and not matching sets.
The DJ she recommended stood me up twice and then told me two days before the wedding that he didn't have my dinner music (2hrs worth) nor the songs we would walk to. Luckily I have a best friend which is a music producer and saved the day.
I've already emailed her how unhappy I was and received my refund but I just want to warn all those upcoming brides to not go with them as they need to seriously revamp their business and supplies before they do any more weddings.
Hopefully all your weddings will go on without a hitch. Word to the wise, if anything does happen brush it off and enjoy it. I had a great time and am soooo happy to be married, but it wasn't easy brushing it off, until I saw my dress and groom.
