Update
So I went to my OBGYN today...she is amazing BTW...she sat and talked to me..answered all my questions...she is wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Teasley at Mid Carolina OBGYN if anyone just needs a GYN.
She ordered a semen analysis for DH....Rex Hospital makes it almost impossible..it has to be turned in between 10am-1pm M-Th...so I guess he'll be taking his lunch time 
After my CBEFM says I O'd I'll call and have blood work to check my thyroid, progesterone, and prolactin.
Then if/when I get my period again I'll call to schedule an HSG. Not looking forward to that!
It feels so good to know we are doing something to hopefully get the ball rolling. My New Years Resolution is to have a baby haha!
