I'm having a low- key brunch at my house this weekend. So far I've planned lots of sweet foods like muffins, coffee cake, etc but need some savory dish ideas. TIA
Re: food ideas for a brunch
Here are some breakfast casseroles:
Hash brown quiche
Spinach and cheese strata
Smoked turkey and spinach quiche
Broccoli-cheese casserole
Do some sort of roasted potatoes.

Thinking of doing cosmetic updates to a dated home? These were our costs.
A hashbrown bake/casserole is a must- yummo!
A strata would be good to consider- has eggs as well as other ingredients
A breakfast burrito station is another idea- scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon crumbles, shredded cheese, sour cream, tortillas, salsa, avocado slices or guac, hot sauce....
Last night my husband and I tried a recipe for savory crepes with mushrooms and bacon. It was really good. Although making crepes is a little time consuming, you can make the crepes a day in advance. You should probably double the recipe because I hate to say it, but between my husband and me, we ate all 12 crepes! (We both agreed we ate one crepe too many. LOL)
