... wonder if it has anything to do with the three cop cars in front of my apartment.  Something about a fender bender that escalated into a fist fight and people screaming they're going to stab one another.  Everyone is handcuffed, and in separate cars.  Uggh ... six weeks is not soon enough!

are we neighbors?  Lol, just kiddin   I'm out of the apartment life now, but there are a few areas I drive through regularly where a scene like that wouldn't be surprising.  The last apt I lived in I lived behind drug dealers.  How fun that was.  One morning I was getting dressed for work at 5am and I swore I was about to get shot through my bathroom wall, they were seriously throwing fists in the apt next door.  Only formal complaint I filed in 6 years of apt living.  So glad to be out.

I can't wait for you to move too! I'm really excited for you. I don't know about you, but time really flew by. It seemed like just yesterday they were breaking ground.

Wow, with all that, I'd be sooo ready to move too. It won't be long now!

It's been fine for the majority of the time we've been here, but a few weeks ago some "questionable characters" started showing up on the property on a nightly basis and hanging out on the basketball court.  We talked to the management office, and they told us a large number of tenants had already said something to them - I got the impression they weren't really sure what to do about the new "guests".  The police were searching the cars for quite awhile, and in the end all of the participants were arrested and their vehicles towed away.
