Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I really don't care how much money I spend on them as long as they have support and are comfy for my treadmill. TIA

I suggest going to a specialty run/walk store to get properly fit. The RI girls can give you names of stores, but I just did a quick Google search and Rhode Runner http://www.rhoderunner.net/ came up.
In MA I use Marathon Sports and PR Running for all my gear. Especially since I get discounts there!
